Weeks 1–2
Deliverable
Partition and furniture layouts with clearance dimensions; a paper check that every piece fits, opens and is comfortable to use.

3D visualisation
Weeks 3–5
Deliverable
Photorealistic simulations: furniture, colour, lighting, ceilings, feature walls. Two rounds of changes included per stage.

Technical documentation
Weeks 6–8
Deliverable
Floor setting-out drawings, ceiling plans with lighting positions, wall elevations, complete quantity schedules, shop drawings for bespoke furniture, and a supplier list with alternatives at several budget levels.

Implementation
Throughout construction
Deliverable
An initial handover visit to the trades (builder, plumber, electrician) plus site visits at the key stages, scheduled together. At the end: the complete file of the house.
Every instalment is tied to a concrete deliverable that you have approved in writing. You never pay for something you have not seen and validated.
