The design brief
No charge, before signingA structured meeting: how you live, what you keep, what is missing, the budget you have in mind. The contract is signed only once the brief is clear to both sides.
No charge · No obligationConcept
Weeks 1–2Partition and furniture layouts with clearance dimensions; a paper check that every piece fits, opens and is comfortable to use.
3D visualisation
Weeks 3–5Photorealistic simulations: furniture, colour, lighting, ceilings, feature walls. Two rounds of changes included per stage.
Technical documentation
Weeks 6–8Floor setting-out drawings, ceiling plans with lighting positions, wall elevations, complete quantity schedules, shop drawings for bespoke furniture, and a supplier list with alternatives at several budget levels.
Implementation
Throughout constructionAn initial handover visit to the trades (builder, plumber, electrician) plus site visits at the key stages, scheduled together. At the end: the complete file of the house.
